‘Leadership’ as traditionally defined is changing and the business case for a diverse workforce has been proven, the potential gains identified as many.
We know that a move to diversity and inclusion requires a change in organisational culture, and leaders are responsible for driving that change. In fact, 70% of an organisations culture is defined by its leaders.

There is a powerful correlation between inclusion and high performance (and subsequently profit). Organisations that have greater gender diversity are 15% more likely to produce better returns, and this number increases for organisations with greater racial and ethnic diversity.
Inclusive leadership attracts (and importantly. retains) a more talented workforce, encourages more ideas and understands not only the workforce but also the customer.
