our approach

We listen

Gender equality isn’t just for women. Everyone has a role to play – leaders in particular. When we understand the benefits, equality becomes something we’ll all fight for.

We don’t limit our approach. We combine the best tools, models and philosophies, including emotional intelligence, positive psychology and Nancy Kline’s ‘Time to Think’ theory.

we challenge

We specialise in Inclusive Leadership and Women’s Development  Helping people to get the best out of themselves, whether they’re aiming to become leaders, or already are. We work with individuals and organisations, using 1:1 or group coaching and workshops – tailoring the approach to suit the people.

we support

Our coaching also supports men, especially if they’re struggling to come to terms with the pressures of balancing work and family.

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

Our tried and tested group coaching methodology is yielding fantastic results.

Our groups of six to eight people begin by agreeing a purpose. It could be leadership, parenting, building confidence or preparing for promotion. Then we ask the group to really buy into that purpose – commit to it and be accountable for making it happen.

Guided by an expert coach and working together, people learn the value of high calibre listening and peer to peer coaching.

Because the groups are based on trust, support and challenge, people can develop new ways of thinking and behaving to reach the agreed goal.

It’s transformational stuff.

2020 Target

A step change is needed in pace.

With just less than a third of FTSE 350 leadership roles going to women in the year, this falls short of what is required. Almost one in two or around 40% of all appointments need to go to women over the next three years to achieve the 33% target. Hampton-Alexander Review 2017
